Yep, messed up my weekend and ate non raw......Starting my juicing all over

What in the world am I doing to myself . I  over and over feel like a person that is not strong enough to think Raw/Vegan and only Raw/Vegan. I think mentally I am saying oh a little won't hurt me and low and behold I cheat and give in. I won't say what I did ,but I know I did wrong and now I feel like crap in my tummy.
You can almost always know I am a bad girl,when I avoid my own blog. My blog is a structured place for me to say my piece in becoming a betterin  raw foodie person as I know most always that I am and continue and strive to be, and to make better choices and learn from my mistakes. I am honest with myself and know better what is right verses wrong. I don't claim to be perfect ,but sure get angry with myself for letting my mind take a new direction. And the direction is a negative one. With this being said,I am a better me today then I was this past weekend. I will continue to stay raw,that is a given.

Things in my future days I will concentrate on:

* Don't let  the cold weather get me down

*Use my spiral notebook for journaling  -DAILY-don't forget

*Buy juice groceries 3 days in advance for 3 days of juicing

*Make sure my vegetable soup broth is always made and not run out

*Always drink no less then 70 ounces of water per day

*Drink decaf tea in the evening and take my probiotic caps before bed


I feel much better that I said my piece today......

By the way I  water fasted in my first half of the day today Monday. My day started with a Salt Water Flush in order to rid some toxins and  to make the tummy get back to where it needs to be. My second half of my day was a pure green juice with NO apple or other sweet fruit. I used a red pepper to sweeten my green juice today.

32 ounces -Cucumber,celery,cilantro,parsley,red pepper, 1 carrot,lemon,ginger.
And I do feel way better.......A new Day 1 today!!!!

7th Day of Juicing

I want to start by saying we had our first official nasty wind storm with overturned trees and power outages all over. Our own power went out at 8:39 pm last night and didn't return on until 4:23 am yes A.M. In my case wind whipped as close as 40-50 MPH at times ,that is some scary stuff, with  pine needles and branches all over the place.That's why I never had anything said yesterday,because I was going to write at night on my blog ,but had no power. And speaking of no power. We went to bed at 10:40 pm since I read a book and turned sleepy. It was great to go to bed earlier then my usual midnight time.

Today was a morning of enema,water with my lemon and MSM capsules. I felt so alive and clean as a whistle. I am starting to like the 1 large grapefruit with 3 medium oranges and 1 teaspoon of Vita mineral green added to this citrus combo drink. Now today I added fresh coconut water to my citrus drink and the hubby makes a smoothie or fruit dessert with the coconut meat. He likes to take fruit ,coconut meat and blend and eat.
How I feel today....
I have been doing lots  of me soul searching for what I need in myself to make me a better raw foodie gal. I am doing tons of  reading different books while ingesting info on the http://www.juicefeasting/ site too. Here is just a nice bit of info to my Juicy days in a one days time. My insides are very happy juicing and it's really really hard on the chilly days, but I make my warm tea and add the extra ginger to my teas. And I bundle up with warmer clothing. Doing this juicing now and not in the warmer weather is a testimonial that juicing can be possible with cooler days and nights. I just need to keep on going and no stopping. I know the stopping just ends the detox, and again all mental in the mind. I have been doing better planning on at least 1 day ahead vegetables and fruits I need to keep me making my yummy juices.

Today I juiced .....

32 ounces of lemon water with the MSM Capsules. Then I had some rest time after my enema,this is what I like to do anyhow.I do drink lots of water all day long. Water the best thing anyone can feed themselves and too many people forget to drink plain old water. Water the most important item one can ingest.
As said I actually started with  24 ounces of Grapefruit,oranges,coconut water from 1 coconut and a teaspoon of Vita-mineral

 made another 32 ounces and 1/4 C of ....Whole pineapple juiced with spinach,romaine,cucumber,cilantro,parsley,2 radishes,jalapeno and ginger.

I then later made celery,cucumber,apple,radish,parsley,kale.This is another green clean drink.

I have come to believe in order to start making a GREEN juice start with  celery,cucumber,ginger,lemon and go from there adding any other combo, because quit frankly drinking cucumber,celery,ginger and lemon is pretty good all by itself. I keep trucking to Seattle to get my Organic goods and its all worth the drive.

In the evening I had coconut water with more Vita mineral green added . Simply Divine. Tea, Tea and more warming tea.That was my day of juicing.

Day 5 Juice feasting and a scam on Craigslist

I have busy weekends,so I probably won't post on the weekends too often. I am not someone whom stays online much. Yesterday Saturday I had a local craft event to attend .We have a chili cook off at a local Civic center and about 50 vendors . I made sure I made juice the night before. I don't like juicing the night before ,but it's too hard juicing before heading out for a craft event,so what works for me is what I do. I have been starting with warm water and a teas or 2 of ACV instead of lemon,just to change things up a bit.

 green juice made of  :
32 ounces of romaine,celery,cucumber,kale,lemon,apple.....Yum green lemonade with cucumber. Yummy stuff

Another 32 ounces was cabbage,green apple,and lime. Makes a good cleanse

I also came home and had some vegetable broth all night long and ended my night Saturday with wheatgrass.I don't own a wheatgrass juice ,but what I do is put water and the wheatgrass in a magic bullet and drink the greens with water,and again It works until I get myself  a juicer that does wheatgrass.


Sunday was a total clean house extra bedrooms and all.Yep I did this on Sunday. I had a heck of a day today....after cleaning I put 2 items on Craigslist. I then downloaded Craigslist on my I-phone as a APP. Now here is some important info......I was a potential scam victim tonight. A woman was selling a motor home CHEAP, but I caught on FAST. My hubby and I left for some errand stuff and I was checking Craig list on my Iphone at around 10 minutes to 5 pm Pacific time and a ad that came online at 4.24 Pm caught my eye as a misprint. Here is what it said.....

 First off $2,900  I thought misprint ,so I wrote to the WOMAN,( well coming online as if a female.)

Anyhow these are 2 e-mails I got in my response to the ad on Craigslist:


1st e-mail  to me. Thanks for being interested in buying my Rv!It`s in perfect condition,no scratches,damages, never been implicated in any accidents, it has only 44,000 miles and the price is $2,900.It has a clear title, free of any liens or loans. Because of my divorce settlement,i own this Rv and as a woman without driver`s license i don`t need it so i`m trying to get rid of it as soon as possible (that`s why i`m selling it so cheap). We will use eBay`s Vehicle Purchase Protection plan for our both safety,i want only legit transactions.Let me know where are you located,maybe we can organize an inspection.

   After this second e-mail I simply never responded back.
A motorhome at $2,900 and I had 4 photos and I simply at first thought this was for sure a misprint ,but when they said what you see listed above ,again I got smart, took the phone number and did a reverse phone number request check,via google and several other people in the last week has had the same scam in different parts of the USA, and this person hasn't been caught yet . Craiglist has been contacted, but the E-bay part is bull too.

As for my day........Juice of Greens all day...Romaine,Swiss chard,Kale,Spinach,celery,cucumber,pear,apple,ginger,lemon.......Pretty green but 64 ounces of this......


I also took Organic whole  watermelon from Whole foods ,Cinnamon and mint Juiced....Super delicious.

Day 3 of my Juicing Adventure

I was the biggest crab yesterday,I was in no mood for anyone.  I have been doing enemas along my journey and I am thinking this is what's up,not sure though. I just know I had a horrible day yesterday and chose not to write yesterday! Now today is better.

Today I started with some warm water and 1 Teas.of ACV.Then after that I had my 2 kelp capsules. I also changed up my day and had purple cabbage,and granny smith apple and lime Period all 3 items.That is in order to cleanse what I had a few days ago with the hubby.

I am in  a battle with myself. I am glad I have overcome coffee (gave this up 2 years ago),diet sodas also 2 years ago, and I think mentally I am fighting with myself with issues of the Holidays coming up. I know I don't want to participate ,yet feel torn on how to handle those Holiday times. I feel almost that I am becoming closed in with myself,a scrooge almost. It's better to not be around food when juicing,that's the way I feel.Call it wrong ,but thats me~R

Oh let's hope all gets better in that department. I am just saying things as I feel it. Today is sunny,chilly,but I am in no mood for exercise. And I am just chill'in out,reading. Here is what I am reading at the moment:

I am really enjoying both of these books because they are so knowledgeable on cleansing,especially when juicing .

Today I made these juicy juices:

Water all day long*

24 oz  Purple drink 1 medium Purple cabbage, 2 granny smith apples,1 lime

32 ounces of vegetable juice made with : cherry tomatoes,celery,
carrot,cilantro,jalapeno,kale,red onion,basil,lemon and 1 teas of hemp oil

32 ounces  worth of Green Drink~lg romaine,celery,cucumber,granny smith apples,1 lime

2 cups of balancing vegetable broth to keep warm
2 cups of Chamomile tea

It's hard to get in all my liquids.

Starting Over Day 1 Juice feast all over again~

Well I must admit I went wrong a few days ago. I indulged into a salad with hubby and it was not here at home it was a Chipotle . I had a Romaine  salad no meat (heck no),however it had sauteed vegetables (onion with green peppers),lettuce, corn (dumb move) and the vinaigrette that they supply. All items are fresh ,but who cares when I was juicing , RIGHT~Why did I give in and let my mind take over in such a way! My body eliminated it that day once I arrived home. Loose stool which was to be expected happened. I am not giving up. I owe this to myself to succeed in my journey. An enema is on schedule today first because of my dumb move. I am starting juice day today with citrus  and Vitamineral green.  Maybe this will flush the other yuk out of me.

              Today I juiced :

2 grapefruit, 5 small oranges,1 teas. of Vita-Mineral green powder-Yummy stuff together. This made 18 ounces. It was a good start to a :

 64 ouncesThen for the rest of my day I had Romaine,kale,cucumber,celery,apple and lemon

ended the night with pure coconut water from 2 coconuts.Hubby makes a pudding or smoothie for a snack for himself.

Attitude and how one FEELS have a HUGE effect on the body. If we FEEL good, and actually believe what we're eating is good for us and that it will make us lose weight, it will!

So, attitude, and flooding ones body, one's spirit and mind with POSITIVE energy and GOOD FEELINGS no doubt have MUCH to do with weight loss success.

Eat the colors of the Rainbow!! Day 21

Eat the colors of the rainbow. It's easy to identify foods with the highest levels of antioxidants—they're often the most colorful. Carrots and sweet potatoes have plenty of beta carotene; bell peppers, strawberries and tomatoes contain vitamin C; tomatoes and watermelon have lycopene; and dark leafy greens like spinach contain lutein. Blueberries have anthocyanins. Red grapes have resveratrol. And the list goes on—so banish the beige!

Eating a serving of vegetables or fruit from each color group is one way to get the nutrients and fiber your body craves. You can buy them frozen, fresh, or dried.


RED: red apples, red grapes, raspberries, cherries, watermelon, cranberries, strawberries, pomegranates, pink or red grapefruit, rhubard, radishes, tomatoes, red peppers, radicchio, beets and red onions.



ORANGE and YELLOW: Carrots, pumpkin, yellow and orange peppers, corn, yellow tomatoes, squash, and sweet potatoes, peaches, nectarines, cumquats, starfruit, apples, apricots, cantaloupe, oranges, grapefruit, tangerines, mangoes, pineapple and lemons.




GREEN: Dark leafy greens such as romaine lettuce, red tip lettuce, green leaf lettuce, swiss chard, kale, bok choy, spinach, and arugula. Broccoli, Brussels sprouts, green beans, snap peas, edamame, zucchini, green onions, celery, asparagus, artichokes, parsnips, leeks, cucumber, collard greens, okra, green apples, limes, green grapes, kiwi fruit, honeydew melon, pears and avocado.




BLUE AND PURPLE: eggplant, purple cabbage, olives, raisins, blueberries, blackberries, plums, purple grapes, boysenberries, dates, figs.


WHITE: bananas, white nectarines, white peaches, jicama, palm, garlic, cauliflower, mushrooms, shallots, onions, white corn, water chestnuts and potatoes.
Happy days are here! Very hard at times to keep the mind on the juicing.It's a mental game every single day. All is good though. I feel so clean ,so fresh,so vibrant . As for what I have been juicing:

Top of the morning: Water ,lemon and 2 MSM Capsules. And all through the day water, when I leave the house my spring water is with me at all times. I always was a good water drink'in person,remembering to take my water when I leave the house is a must now. And a new habit I have gotton uses too.


Today I started with : Natalia Rose Green lemonade recipe:

Green Juice  Recipe (Green Lemonade)  64 ounces of this awesome drink

Green Juice (aka Green Lemonade)1 head romaine lettuce
5 to 6 stalks of kale - I use  Dino Kale -("Lacinato kale’)
2 apples (I use golden delicious or fugi)
1 whole lemon (organic is best so you don't have to peel it)
1 " fresh ginger root ( I love ginger)
 I add 2 cucumbers to this recipe to tone the flavor a bit

I also made My Grapefruit,Orange, Vita mineral green Combo a Huge 24 oz amount today~

In my afternoon I had My VERY favorite juice of: Beet,cucumber,apple,ginger,lemon
 ( no greens in this drink  today but YUMMY) 24 ounces

19th Day of Juicing and Osteoporosis

Preventing osteoporosis using natural methods
Did you know that women have a higher risk of dying from osteoporosis than from breast cancer?

As the population continues to age, the prevalence of osteoporosis will only increase. It is already a widespread condition, with 1 in 4 women and 1 in 8 men suffering from this disease.

Osteoporosis is a problem which is seriously under-appreciated by most. This lack of appreciation is largely due to the fact that osteoporosis happens late in life. Most people are not aware that more women die from hip fractures than breast cancer.

Osteoporosis is defined as a "skeletal disorder characterized by compromised bone strength which puts a person at an increased risk of fracture". It is this risk of fracture which makes the disease so deadly. Women have a 1 in 6 lifetime risk of a hip fracture. This is a higher risk than that of developing breast cancer, where the risk is 1 in 9 (1). Of women who suffer a hip fracture, 50% become dependent on others to perform daily tasks and 20% need long-term care.

Osteoporosis is typically diagnosed based on a person’s history of a fragility fracture, or on the basis of low bone density.

Would you like to know how to help prevent osteoporosis? EAT VEGETABLES! Vegetables help to preserve your bones, and help fight the bone-thinning disease osteoporosis. Juicing is an excellent way to make fresh vegetables a major part of your healing diet.

A university study (2) showed that vegetables and herbs can improve your bone metabolism. Researchers discovered that rats that ate common vegetables and herbs, such as onions, parsley and salad greens, had significantly less bone loss than rats not on this special diet.

Interestingly, milk powder and soybeans - foods believed to help slow the process of osteoporosis - had no effect on the rats' rate of bone resorption.

Another recent study (3) also showed a major link between fruit and vegetable intake for increased bone density but no such effect for dairy products.

As researchers have suggested for many years now, the minerals in our bones serve as a buffer against all the acid foods we eat. After a lifetime of buffering the acid load from eating diets which are full of grains, we have gradual loss of minerals in the bones and bone loss.

The therapy of osteoporosis may lie in its prevention. It is certainly worthwhile to consider decreasing the rate of bone attrition through the use of a diet favoring "alkaline ash". This type of diet would emphasize the ingestion of vegetables, fruits and protein.

2 nutrients which may have the necessary buffering effect are magnesium and potassium. Potassium supplements are recommended if, like me, you take frequent coffee enemas. The Gerson therapy recommends potassium supplementation. Magnesium and potassium are found in a variety of whole, unrefined foods, including fruits and vegetables.

There are theoretical reasons to expect a link between bone loss and potassium and magnesium. For instance, metabolic balance studies have shown that potassium helps your kidneys retain calcium, while a low potassium intake leads to increasing losses of calcium in your urine.

One of the best ways to normalize high body acid levels is vegetable juicing. Vegetable juice is also high in vitamin K (phylloquinone) which will actually cement the calcium into your bone matrix. Women should also investigate going on natural progesterone.

 
HOW I FELT TODAY:  Actually I had a weird day all day yesterday. My tummy was yucky feeling. Now a s for today it was a enema,water,tea day NO excitement......

17th Day of Juice feasting


One of the best ways to improve your diet is to start juicing.

The raw eating is great but Juicing is better for your body

When the liquid is extracted from the fruits or vegetables, it becomes a highly concentrated source of fantastic cleansing nutrition. It can be rapidly assimilated by your digestive system and your body does not waste much energy in processing the juice. After approx.one year I changed over to the Breville Juicer-In my opinion The breville is fast and takes whole cucumbers,and other whole smaller fruits and vegetables ,but the pulp is not as small or dry as I prefer.

Perhaps the best part though, is that you can get this juicer for about $30 cheaper than the other popular models on the market.

I am wanting to purchasing a Greenstar. I want to have my juice with pulp that will come out of the machine dry with my Breville I feel the produce results are wasted and not small and dry when extracted. I want to make my money go farther ,so the more juice extracted the better.

What I Juiced today... After My AM warm water,lemon and 2 MSM capsules,

Vitamin A, B-12,Bee tablet,C ,D, 2 Klameth Lake Kelp capsules. I take all Vitamins listed above after my first juice of the day



I Made 3 quarts of This combination:


1 Large Romaine ( 2 smaller)

12 Dinosaur kale -- also known as Lacinato Kale

12 dandelion leaves

1 fennel bulb

4 radish

2 cucumbers

1 bunch parsley

2 pear 2 apple

1 red pepper

2 burdock root (6 " long)

2 handful of cherry tomatoes

1 jalapeno

and last but not least 1 Kohlrabi

Kohlrabi, Jalapeno came out of my own garden

End of the evening dry skin brush ,bath,reading and a little TV time........

16th Juice feast day ...What a Great Day

What a most Beautiful Day!



First let me start by saying I am glad you are here. Whether you are transitioning into 100% Raw or just wanting to incorporate more Raw living foods into your diet, I am excited and I hope you are too .
Eating raw and living foods will change your life. I have seen people improve their health, heal themselves, lose weight, regain their youthful energy and lose their emotional addiction to food. Eating raw and living foods can heal the mind, body and spirit. You can heal yourself from all kinds of chronic and acute diseases. You can lose weight and feel younger than you have ever felt with in a few weeks.
So now that I have you on the edge of your seat. I bet you are asking, “How do I get started”? Throughout most of my life I have gone back and forth between vegetarian and the standard American diet. After watching the transformation of the woman who had gone raw for 30 days. I decided to try eating Raw and Living foods for two weeks.
I want a 100% raw life so bad. In my first two weeks with juicing I felt my body detoxing. I spent hours on-line gathering information about eating raw foods. As the two weeks progressed my energy grew and grew. On the 14th day, I got a surge of energy, and realized I couldn't’t go back. I still have have to lose approx. 35 pound to lose. I feel better then I ever have in my life. When you decide to start eating a raw and living foods you need to educate yourself. Everyone has a different opinion on whether or not to go 100% immediately or to transition slowly. I believe you have to listen to your body and do what is right for you. This is not a diet, it is a lifestyle. It is not only carrots and celery sticks. There are wonderful dishes and great desserts. By educating yourself you will learn how to create meals that are exciting and satisfying. I have gathered different un-cookbooks, got recipes on line and now I can create things on my own.I have family members who would think this is a crazy way to eat ,but then again meat is a staple for them….UM,gross~



Raw food provides the cleanest, most assimilable, highest levels of nutrition possible.

Okay,here are the main reasons eating raw food is the best thing ever.

1. Life force

The sun energy that is enclosed in food is still present when we don't cook it. This is the life force that animates us. When we eat significant quantities of energetically charged plants, our bodies have the energy to heal themselves and give us plenty of energy along with a clear mind and greater presence. We are what we eat. When we eat vibrantly alive foods, we become vibrantly alive. There is a saying in Chinese herbology that states that the subtle energy of the food we eat becomes our mind.

2. Enzymes

Cooked food is devoid of enzymes and uses a lot of energy and resources to digest and it depletes the body's enzyme reserves.

Raw food comes with its own enzymes that would otherwise be used to decompose the plant. This adds to the enzyme reserve. The body needs less energy to digest raw plants and vitality is greatly increases.

Nutrients

Much of the nutrition is destroyed by heating. Plants have the perfect balance of nutrients for the body to fully absorb them and make use of it all, unlike the toxic supplements that are mostly eliminated. Need vitamin C? Eat a few oranges. Superfoods like Goji berries and Cacao are extremely packed with nutrients. Need to build your bones? Eat greens. Don't have nano-bacteria packed calcium supplements!

They are clean and cleansing


Unlike cooked foods that clog the body, raw foods burn cleanly and help the body to cleanse itself. When transitioning the body will go through a detox period in which all of the accumulated waste in the lymph and cells are released and eliminated. Detoxing is unpleasant but it's definitely better out than in! Do no be alarmed if detoxing takes a long time as there is four times the amount of lymph in our body as there is blood. Sleep and Productivity

I want to reduced my sleeping time from 7-8 hours to approximately 6 hours. This would give me a few extra hours of extra time to achieve my goals and create the life I want! Maybe I can get up get the house cleaned, dogs fed ,and off to exercise on a daily schedule. When we think about the effect that our small choices can have on the people around us, just think how much of a difference we can make by choosing to live as effectively
y as possible in every area!

6. Health of Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit

I have made it clear that eating raw will significantly improve your physical vitality, but the body doesn't work independently from the rest of you! The healthier your body, the clearer your mind, the more emotionally free you are and the more your consciousness can grow to accommodate new perspectives. Along with this transformation, you will be better able to succeed in sport or other activities in the physical world. You will know better how to live effectively and learn with less effort. You will find your relationships improving now that your emotional system is clearing (I recommend daily emotional processing to cultivate helpful emotional responses instead of limiting emotionally help beliefs). You will be in a positive mood almost all of the time. Love that is All becomes more apparent and immanent as we tune in to His/Her activity in the Cosmos and we naturally, joyfully participate in Love of Life on Earth.

Every action is a brush stroke on the canvas of our lives. People see the picture we paint and others are either inspired or infected. Everyone has an influence on the course of history and so it is our responsibility to paint a beautiful picture. Do not allow where you are to stop you from going where you could be. Infuse every day with passion and take delight in of all the simple miracles that make up every part of this glorious gift we call our Life. Honor your body for it isn't your possession to do with as you please as your health has an impact on everyone. The human race needs you, right now, to contribute all that you are.

Water all Day long- Warm water with 2 MSM Capsules

Get Lucky Green Juice

6-8 leaves of romaine
handful of dandelion greens
6 stalks of celery
1/2 cucumber
2-3 granny smith apples
1 lime, peeled—————-This is the juice I started my day with today

Then around 3 pm after all my vitamins I made another green low glycemic juice. I made another 2 quarts Kale,dandelion,red pepper,cucumber,zucchini,tomatoes,jalapeno,and garlic juice.

Some warm tea in the evening after I went for a nice evening walk with my husband.

Although the day is beautiful with the calm chilly,sunshiny day and I am doing my juice thing,something later in the day came over me as frustration. More tea and I was OK again.

15th Day of Juicing........Raw Energy

Why a Raw Alkalizing diet is essential for your Health

Here are the basis in a nutshell, through simplified for easy understatement. A few raw foodist is someone that eats 75-100% live nutritionally -dense organic uncooked and unprocessed foods ( and drinks pure,live water) enjoying delicious meals that optimize your health by alkalizing your body. At that rate your elimination system can get rid of toxins created when you cook food. But when you eat more cook foods you are consuming acidic toxins faster then your body can eliminate them so they back up, disrupting your body's delicate acid/alkaline balance , a major cause of excess weight and disease. Heating food above 118 degrees F. cause the chemical changes that create acidic toxins, including the carcinogens ,mutagens, and free radicals associated with diseases like diabetes,arthritis,heart disease, and cancer. Cooking also destroys the live enzymes that aid in digestion and health.

If I only knew of this rule when I was growing up. Eat healthy. I was not brought up eating fresh fruits and vegetables. I remember processed foods and canned vegetables. YIKES, but in the late 50's and 60's and 70's when I was younger this is what my parent's knew for mealtimes. Nutritional info was not as readily available as it is now.

Two years ago when I turned 50 ,what I did was make a conscious effort to be the best I can be in feeding my body. Now as said two years ago I started watching "YouTube videos " on raw food eating ,and the raw eating lifestyle was totally of high interest to me. I have to say I didn't jump right into the lifestyle ,but I did stick with Raw eating no less then 50% all day long from the year October of 2008 up until now.

Why have a chose to juice now?

In my experience with eating in the raw, juicing is my number one favorite thing to consume. I enjoy wheat grass either in the morning or in the evening time and sometimes both. When I drink the wheat grass I make sure I eat nothing for at least 1 hour before or after consuming the wheat grass. Just for proper nutritional absorption.










My yummy items I had today~

64 oz Green potpourri of -Swiss chard,kale,spinach,red pepper(for sweetness),asparagus (4),broccoli,lemon,ginger
20 Oz of the Grapefruit,Orange and Vita-mineral Green juice
18 ounces -beet,apple,apple,lemon,ginger

YEP, I did lots of green today~

2 Cups David R. Tea recipe

1 Cup of the Vegetable balancing broth

3 oz of wheat grass before bed

Water ,water all day long.

I also had all those AM vitamins too.

I have a hard time getting in all 4 quarts per day. Where I live the weather is chilly ,therefore drinking all my juice is harder to accomplish sometimes.

Zumba ~~~~The latest exercise Dance fun......And I am a fan of this exercise!!!

This dance fitness was created by a fellow by the name of Perez in Columbia during the 1990's.The program combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun. And Zumba is in deed just that *very fun*.
I figured it was about time to get back into ZUMBA . Have you heard of this wonderful dance exercise move. I have found that once you go experience this Dance craze it can be the most addicting enjoyment you will ever encounter in your day. One thing I will say is that Zumba is so addicting But you you must remember to spread the days between workouts. Or you will have a body that is so sore you will have a tough time going back. When I do Zumba at my local YMCA I can do Zumba 4 days a week with the same instructors . As of right now I am starting fresh at 1-2 days of Zumba a week,and I highly recommend" Zumba dance shoes".There are some side moves that will help you move across the floor better with dance shoes. And best for your feet and ankles too. This is a wet body workout,so take a hand towel as I do.
